Discount Divers Supply

	John Owner I learned to dive in the 70's. My instructor was "Deep Diving Deiks(sp?)", a retired Navy Seal Master Chief out of San Diego. (I owe him a big thanks - have him give me a call if he is still blowing bubbles. - 1-877-728-2238.) It was pretty exciting to see the abalone and lobsters in the beautiful waters off Point Loma. In the mid to late 80's I did many dives with buddies from the Engineering station at Keyport, PSNS, etc. Ray Chittenden, Duane Nightengale, John Burwell, Bruce Frye, and "Killer Mike" a.k.a. Mike " Hosebag" Trask. We dove all around Puget Sound, and a few of us dove the Straits of Juan de Fuca out to Neah Bay in semi-annual diving expeditions of huge proportions. I don't have time to write about the 90's other than to say, it just kept getting better. Now that we're in the 00's, I'm still having fun and learning something new nearly every dive. I sincerely hope you can have as much fun diving as I've had. Let me know how I can help. 	Tyler Sales Associate Tyler has been at DDS since June, 2008. Born and raised in Maui, one of his hobbies and shop specialty is underwater photography. Before joining the DDS team, he was building yachts in Ballard, WA.

	John General Manager John was welcomed aboard the Discount Divers Supply ship in June, 2008 as the new GM. He has ten years of drysuit certification experience. John has also been surfing for 12 years. He has worked in numerous fields, including managing a surf shop in Southern California, and as a buyer for a large air cargo company.
